Hilltown İstanbul is a retail village with more than 850,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space and 200,000 square feet of hospitality. The new Küçükyalı development will represent one of Turkey’s newest world-class retail destinations. Providing extensive planning and design for the project, which will provide a heart for the rapidly growing Maltepe district on the Asian side of Istanbul. The outdoor village is a unique concept for Istanbul and will provide a variety of spaces and experiences including two major civic squares and a number of intimate smaller spaces and pedestrian streets waiting for discovery.
